Story
Running a marathon together has always been on our bucket list, so when it came time to sign up, running for a charity was an easy choice.
Co-founded by Alicia Keys, Keep a Child Alive (KCA) is a non-profit organization that has been on the forefront of the global AIDS crisis for the last 16 years. KCA works in the countries hardest hit by this epidemic - Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, and India - providing comprehensive HIV care, treatment, and support to the most vulnerable, poor, and marginalized communities.
We want to make sure that every child, adolescent, and adult living with or affected by HIV and AIDS has access to the treatment and care they need to lead a healthy life, free of stigma and isolation.
